Redstone Vale Property Management Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 703 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to unit turnovers at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support unit turnovers. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
