Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Rivermark Juniper Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Oakland. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 139 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to procurement at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support procurement. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
