Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Lumen Stone Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Jackson region, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
