Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright River Auto Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
