Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Sable Markets Associates and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
