Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Stone Freight and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to loads and lanes at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support loads and lanes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
