Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Rivermark Cedar Health runs clinics and patient services around Orlando, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to insurance authorisations at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support insurance authorisations. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
