Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Beacon Pharma and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
