Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Highbridge Meadow Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Jackson region. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to subcontractor invoices at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support subcontractor invoices. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
