Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Bluepeak Junction Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Las Vegas with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to store inventory at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support store inventory. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
