Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Lumen Lakeside Foods produces packaged foods at its Boise plant. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer specifications at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
