Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Northwind Glen Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Dallas, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to harvest schedules at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
