Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Nova Sable Press produces print and digital publications in Hartford, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to print quotes at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support print quotes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
