Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Rivermark Wilder Pharma develops and makes medicines in Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
