Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Harborlight Granite Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Kansas City plant, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
