Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Amberfield Keystone Farms is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to harvest schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
