Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Nova Bright Press is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to press runs at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support press runs. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
