Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Northwind Pine Markets is a Austin retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to pricing at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support pricing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
