Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Lumen Vista Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Boise plant, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
