Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Clear Freight Associates and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
