Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Bluepeak Ridge Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Memphis producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to clinical studies at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
