Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Birch Foods and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer specifications at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer specifications. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
