Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Rivermark Hollow Facilities is a facilities company in Kansas City with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 818 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
