Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Drift Facilities and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Keep stock linked to customer sites at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
