Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Greenridge Cedar Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Wichita region. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
