Clearpath Pine Markets is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 881 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
