Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Highbridge Vale Manufacturing Partners manufactures parts and assemblies at its Anchorage plant, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to machine downtime at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
