Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Highbridge Vista Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Indianapolis plant. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to production lines at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production lines. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
