Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Stonegate Ember Markets Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to pricing at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
