Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Providence, RI)

Ironwood Lantern Auto Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
