Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Wren Farms Associates and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
