Westbrook Cobalt Construction is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Keep stock linked to subcontractor invoices at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
