Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Portland, OR)

Silverline Meadow Housing Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. • Experience with an ERP system.
