Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Portland, OR)

Cedar Lantern Pharma develops and makes medicines in Portland. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 880 people based in Portland. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
