Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Pittsburgh, PA)

Westbrook Umber Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Pittsburgh region, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
