Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Juniper Health Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
