Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Pittsburgh, PA)

Rivermark Haven Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Pittsburgh region. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to materials orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support materials orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
