Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Pittsburgh, PA)

Redstone Maple Construction Group is a Pittsburgh contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
