Rivermark Rook Markets is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 253 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to pricing at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support pricing.
