Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Phoenix, AZ)

Nova Health runs clinics and patient services around Phoenix, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
