Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Phoenix, AZ)

Clearpath North Construction is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
