Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Lumen Wren Hospitality and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 184 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Keep stock linked to housekeeping schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
