Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Phoenix, AZ)

Stonegate Orchard Freight is a Phoenix logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We reward reliability. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to loads and lanes at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
