Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Philadelphia, PA)

Greenridge Cross Freight is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to carrier rates at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support carrier rates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
