Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Philadelphia, PA)

Redstone Sable Pharma develops and makes medicines in Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
