Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Philadelphia, PA)

Greenridge Maple Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Philadelphia plant, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
