Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Philadelphia, PA)

Clearpath Cross Foods produces packaged foods at its Philadelphia plant, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to allergen controls at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
