Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Philadelphia, PA)

Northwind Clear Farms is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
