Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Orlando, FL)

Clearpath Cedar Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
