Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Orlando, FL)

Bluepeak Maple Construction is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
